Remote Tax Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Virtual Tax Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with tax laws
Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software for accuracy
Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Suite
Prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations
Detail-oriented and adaptable in a virtual work environment
Client-focused service background
Availability for 5 days a week during core hours (9-5 EST)
