Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a global team of trading operations
professionals
Ensure timely settlements, reconciliation, and implement risk
mitigation strategies
Collaborate with various teams to refine processes and enhance
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in post-trade activities for institutional
clients
Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and
financial operations
Experience in leading teams and developing end-to-end trade
operations processes
Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and identify emerging
risks
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and best practices in
settlements and custodial services
