Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Accountant to join their
Accounting team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Handle financial tasks for assigned consulting projects and
programs
Monitor and report performance against plans, ensuring contractual
objectives are met
Prepare financial reports and resolve reporting and compliance
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst
role
Experience with accounting software systems such as NetSuite and MS
Excel
Knowledge of revenue recognition and accrual accounting
Experience with government contracting requirements is a plus
