Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage the
client billing process and assist with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate and timely invoices across various billing
models
Set up new clients for billing and ensure accurate account
configurations
Review contracts and Statements of Work to create accurate invoices
based on project progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of billing experience, preferably in a digital marketing
or media environment
Proficiency in NetSuite and Workfront is highly desirable
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management
skills
