Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Corporate Accountant
responsible for managing various accounting tasks including
payables, receivables, reconciliations, and financial
reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and expense reports, including processing
AMEX charges and 1099s
Handle accounts receivable tasks such as client invoicing and
revenue share management
Assist with payroll processing and month-end/year-end financial
reconciliation and reporting
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
2+ years of experience using QuickBooks Desktop
Strong Excel skills, including working knowledge of pivot
tables
Detail-oriented with experience in prepaids and accruals
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
