CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Audit Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading public accounting firm in Dallas, TX. This role offers a dynamic work environment, leadership opportunities, and the chance to contribute to the success of a reputable organization.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the in-charge professional on client engagements, leading audit teams to ensure project efficiency and quality.
Delegate, supervise, and evaluate the work of audit staff and seniors, fostering professional growth and development.
Apply a thorough understanding of GAAP, OCBOA, and unique accounting principles to financial statement preparation and compilations.
Perform comprehensive audits using generally accepted auditing standards and common procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients and peers, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
Stay current on professional standards and attend training sessions to continually enhance expertise.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Licensure: CPA in good standing or actively pursuing CPA certification.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of audit and assurance experience, preferably in public accounting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Industry Experience in: Construction, Energy & Natural Resources, ERISA, Healthcare, High Net-Worth Family Office, Non-Profit, or Real Estate is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday (with occasional deadlines).
Location: On-site in Dallas, TX
Salary: $90-$110K plus up to 15% bonus.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans.
