Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Accountant to ensure timely
and accurate revenue recognition and manage customer revenue
schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project revenue and payment schedules in
NetSuite, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition
standards
Perform monthly revenue calculations, post general ledger entries,
and prepare account reconciliations
Conduct inventory and margin analyses, monitor revenue backlog, and
support month-end close processes
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
experience
Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience with a
focus on revenue recognition
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced
Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with revenue recognition in industries like
pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or technology is preferred
Familiarity with process mapping, ERP migrations, or general ledger
automation projects is a plus
