Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR / Project Billing Specialist to
join their accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor project billing to ensure invoices are accurate, timely,
and compliant with contracts
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for accurate
billing and timely invoice delivery
Utilize and manage multiple billing and financial systems, ensuring
data integrity and accuracy
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in billing, including international
and project billing
Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related
field preferred
Understanding of international tax regulations applicable to
billing processes is preferred
Familiarity with various billing and financial systems and ability
to adapt in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote
environment
