Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Specialist or Tax Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax
preparation software
Answer tax-related questions regarding individual returns and
associated schedules/forms
Support live incoming calls and provide typing and chat support as
needed
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience
Must possess a PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
Complete 24 hours of training and a preflight evaluation before
production
Ability to be on camera during support interactions
Availability to work varying hours, especially during peak demand
in April
