Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow-Up Associate II to investigate
and resolve denial accounts related to medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and examine sources of denials using knowledge of
coding and billing
Route accounts for review and rework based on feedback from
specialty departments
Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary
Required Qualifications
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid equipment billing or payer
experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal assistance
Familiarity with EOB reimbursement information and legal
parameters
Experience in healthcare billing, follow-up, and claims
