Important: This job will require 30-40% travel within a multi-state
territory. The preference is for this person to live, near or
around Downtown, Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.

What You'll Achieve
The Business Development Senior Director will spearhead initiatives
crucial to our growth and success. You will lead the charge in
identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving
significant expansion of our customer base and revenue. Your
strategic plans will not only meet but exceed ambitious sales
targets, positioning Epsilon as a leader in the industry. By
forging enduring relationships with potential clients, you will
deeply understand their requirements and deliver customized
solutions that address their specific needs, thereby cementing
Epsilon's reputation as a trusted partner in the market.
Who You Are
Base Salary: $139,500 - $232,500
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive
compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be
dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills,
experience, qualifications, location and application employment
laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified
at any time.
