Job Description:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative
support to the office in the day-to-day operations. This position
is under the direct supervision of the Operations Office Manager.
This successful candidate will have strong customer service skills,
be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and have strong
organizational and communication skills. * This is a Starting
Position*
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Reception Operations
Assist with Accounts Payables
Education and Experience:
--- Associate degree preferred
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
--- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and
prioritize their workload
--- Must have a positive attitude
--- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
--- Must be able to work independently
--- Reliable, professional, strong sense of confidentiality and
ability to exercise sound judgment
--- Prefer one year of experience in a professional administrative
role but not necessary
--- Law firm experience is not necessary

Position Type/Expected Work Hours: This is a full-time non-exempt
position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $45k per year.
