Job Description:
A company is looking for a Media Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile and process invoices monthly; interact with accounts
payable department and outside vendors
Assist in all aspects of media activity including presentations,
plans, and reporting
Learn day-to-day procedures for managing assigned accounts and
input media schedules into software systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
0-2 years' experience in media buying within an advertising agency
environment preferred
Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable with basic math/accounting computations
Proficient in Google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
