Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator
responsible for coordinating marketing tasks and supporting project
administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee firm and compliance reviews for marketing assets using
project management tools
Document and maintain review processes, including firm and
compliance reviews
Provide project administrative support and manage reporting and
status documentation
Required Qualifications:
3 years' experience coordinating deliverables in a professional
setting
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in marketing,
communications, or a related discipline
Experience in a regulated industry and marketing agency experience
is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workfront is a
strong plus
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing processes and ability to manage
multiple functional areas
