Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paid Media Buyer to manage
substantial advertising budgets and drive growth within the
personal development ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across Google
Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Leverage a large ecosystem of personal development leads to
maximize ROI and drive conversion rates
Use data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize campaign
performance across key KPIs
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in a digital agency or similar role,
preferably in digital products or education
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
tools
Proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust
strategies accordingly
Experience working with international markets or in fast-paced
entrepreneurial settings is preferred
