Give us a try and experienceJob DetailsInstalling automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment (including pallet wrappers, shrink and bundling equipment, printers and label applicators)Troubleshooting/repairing automatic and semi-automatic machines in house and in customer facilities (pneumatics, electrical and mechanical trouble shooting)Assist with equipment preparation prior to shipment and deliveryComplete and submit service reports at the end of each week as well as other documentation such as mileage and credit card receiptsComplete ongoing training as necessary relevant to duties and equipmentTravel as required, mostly in the Tri-state area. Occasional travel out of state.Maintain Company Vehicle and other company property such as tools as per policyOther duties as assigned. Job QualificationsTwo-three years' experience with electromechanical machinery. We will provide training specific to the machinery we sell and maintain.Previous experience with both the mechanical and electrical side of installation and troubleshootingExperience in manufacturing or distribution industry preferred.Experience using Microsoft 365 and multiple software systemsDesire to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.Ability to work with other departments and trades in a "team environment"Capacity to follow complex written and verbal instruction with limited supervisionGood organizational, time management and prioritization skills.Strong verbal and written communications skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve on a case-by-case basis under pressureStrong work ethic and positive team attitude.Valid Driver's LicenseInterested in hearing more?
