Job Description:
A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer focused on
ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical
software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure availability, latency, performance, efficiency, and capacity
planning of services
Support services before they go live through system design
consulting and capacity planning
Respond to production incidents and conduct post-mortems to
document root cause analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
3-5 years of development experience on .Net or Microsoft
Technologies
Experience with ITIL (Change, Incident & Problem Management)
Strong understanding of ServiceDesk and SLA metrics
Experience in vendor management
