Data Platform engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide engineering leads to meet deadlines and quality
standards
Build and maintain a strong engineering culture that fosters
innovation and accountability
Lead the delivery of new products and features across all
platforms
Required Qualifications
Experience leading B2B products in complex industries such as
energy or healthcare
Track record of building and leading large, productive engineering
teams
Experience with data products and pipelines using modern cloud
technologies
Prior experience in a VP, Engineering role with hands-on
involvement in architecture decisions
Strong technical expertise and business acumen in making informed
technical decisions
