for a Principal Full Stack Engineer who has hands-on experience in
both front-end (UI) and back-end technologies.Responsibilities and
Day-to-Day View:
- Work with portfolio stakeholders, Solution and Enterprise
Architects, to develop, analyze, contribute to MVP approach, and
realize the implementation of product enhancements.
- Provide detailed technical design to both frontend (UI) and
backend BFF layers and lead the team.
- Build amazing customer experiences to improve overall company
sales and revenue using Gen-AI & Co-pilot experiences!
- Lead the team to craft, develop, test, and maintain integrated
applications and products.
- Design and lead efficient and consistent caching strategy
across web engineering applications.
- Build high-performance web applications.
- Derive technology roadmaps for end-to-end web engineering
strategy and initiatives.
- Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in
the definition of others.
- Contribute to technical roadmap and technical debt elimination,
balancing time, resource, and quality constraints to achieve
business and strategic goals and requirements.
- Develop integrated systems enabling unified experience across
applications and driving insights for end-to-end user
experience.
- Help build and maintain our Continuous Delivery pipeline with
the goal of moving changes to production faster and safer, while
ensuring key operational standards.
- Provide peer reviews to other specialists including feedback on
performance, scalability, and correctness.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to
continually identify opportunities for enhancing the functionality
and performance of UI components and framework tooling.
- Actively contribute to the adoption of new frameworks,
standards, and new technologies.
- Enforce unit test coverage and automation coverage to ensure
high-quality products.Minimum Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
- 10+ years of proven experience building sophisticated
applications and APIs in Cloud and hybrid cloud environments at
large scale preferably in Java and React JS.
- Experience building applications using Generative AI, LLMs &
Copilots.
- Technical leadership designing products as well as mentoring
and developing high-performing teams.
- 4+ years of experience developing applications utilizing
relational databases and/or NoSQL databases as part of the overall
application architecture.
- Extremely motivated, highly passionate, and curious about new
technologies. Take pride in your work and strive to achieve
incredible results and possess superb communication and planning
skills.
- Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams,
principals, and architects. Coordinates optimally across
organizational boundaries and geographies.
- 4+ years of experience in developing software in a cloud
context and is familiar with the patterns and process of managing
cloud infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience with React JS.
- 8+ years of strong background in object-oriented design
principles and design patterns.
- Expert knowledge and experience working with asynchronous
message processing, stream processing, and event-driven
computing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative
environment.Technical Skills:React.js, Node.js, Next JS, Micro
Front-End architecture, Typescript, Graph QL, Bootstrap.js, HTML5,
XML, CSS3, JavaScript, Java, REST services, NoSQL technologies
(Cassandra/Mongo DB), Spring boot, Kafka/MQ, Redis, Splunk,
Azure/AWS, Prometheus/Grafana, Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker,
Kubernetes.Salary Range: $158,200.00 - $237,400.00.Joining our team
