ServiceNow Implementation Specialist / ServiceNow Platform Engineer :

- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to address complex business needs, configure out-of-the-box enterprise ServiceNow capabilities following configuration-over-customization approach
- Define enterprise ServiceNow design patterns for IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM)
- Develop and monitor ServiceNow hardware and software asset management (HAM/SAM) systems
- Ensure infrastructure designs and upgrades comply with ITIL standards and platform governance patterns
- Establish best practices for ITSM Asset Management, configuration item discovery, and service mapping
- Implement Common Services Data Model (CSDM) standards
- Support IT Service Engineering team's ITOM and SACM initiatives

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- ServiceNow implementation experience with focus on ITOM and SACM
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification will be a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, and Service Graph implementation
- Hands-on experience with Service Mapping and Tag Governance configuration
