Job Description:

Great Clips is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead a team of stylists and drive salon growth.
As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. You will also be responsible for managing salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
  
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
  
• Develop and implement strategies to drive salon growth and increase sales
  
• Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve technical skills and customer service
  
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  
  Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
    
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
