Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Legal Affairs to
lead its legal department and guide legal strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage legal aspects of corporate transactions, ensuring
compliance with SEC and Nasdaq requirements
Oversee contract reviews, negotiations, and finalizations
Provide strategic legal guidance on public company law and
corporate governance
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the applicable state
At least 10 years of legal experience in a corporate setting,
ideally within technology or cryptocurrency sectors
Proven experience with public company regulations, SEC filings, and
Nasdaq compliance
Strong background in contract law, corporate finance, and corporate
litigation
