Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead
critical product portfolios focused on customer needs and business
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and document customer needs, value propositions, and user
journeys while prioritizing user requirements
Partner with portfolio leads to define return on investment and
monitor portfolio performance, addressing business impacts
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to develop solutions that align
with customer needs and business objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on
customer value delivery
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and customer-centric product
development practices
Strong quantitative reasoning skills for modeling and
decision-making
Experience engaging with small business customers and understanding
their needs
Background in the hobby, gaming, or collectibles community is
preferred
