Key Responsibilities
Build and drive large-scale programs and deal lifecycle
transformation changes end-to-end
Manage change management activities across stakeholder engagement
and create champions
Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and
identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in program management, business operations,
or management consulting
Experience working in a sales organization
Proven track record of delivering complex deal lifecycle
transformation programs
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and experience influencing stakeholders at
all levels
