currently seeking an exceptional leader who will assume the
responsibility of technical implementation around Customer 360 &
Data Integrations.The Senior Director will be technical leader who
helps define & implement integration models for connecting
Salesforce with other internal, external applications and data
sources to ensure key data quality requirements are met with such
integrations so quality data flows between various Gartner
systems.What you will do:
- Work with business partners and IT system owners to design and
clearly define highly secure & scalable data integration models for
connecting Salesforce with other internal, external applications
and data sources ensure data quality is never compromised by such
integrations.
- Technical SME in defining best practices around salesforce
integration with other SaaS or on prem legacy applications to
create a unified and trusted customer 360 view.
- Thought leader in Customer 360 who work closely with solution
architects to strategize, design & implement internal and external
customer data points in driving unified customer view and
insights.
- Closely work with architecture team, data teams & salesforce
team to build highly scalable data architecture around Customer 360
which enables near real time data and batch processed data from
enterprise data warehouse & other source systems.
- Define and manage standards, guidelines, and processes to
ensure customer data quality, availability, and completeness.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts, influence
decision-making, and build consensus among stakeholders.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, IT,
or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of 7+ years in the Sales force
integration space with good exposure to building & enhancing
customer 360
- Extensive experience in improving complex business processes
and integrating various source systems like salesforce and master
data management systems.
- Deep technical expertise in understanding data flows between
source systems and enterprise data warehouse, hands on knowledge of
azure data engineering pipelines and T-SQL code so you can easily
understand what data is available in the enterprise data warehouse
and where it is sourced from.
- Technical expertise in understanding modern data integration
solutions based on event bridge and other similar technologies in
hub and spoke architecture.
- Previous experience in BI development using tools such as Power
BI, Tableau, etc.
- Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment across
technology teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a natural
curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling
executive-level presentations. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey
complex concepts and analyses in a clear and accessible
manner.
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of quality
analysts and business analysts in their daily tasks.Who you are:

reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is
136,000 USD - 185,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may
vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on
factors including, but not limited to, education, training,
experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an
annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a
role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition
