Job Description:

product teams and work directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Guide organizations in improving their innovation and software
building processes
Deliver responsive customer service using proven frameworks
Assist customers from initial demo to active subscription and
integration with existing tools
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in product management or a
related role
Experience with go-to-market processes to achieve product and
business goals
Ability to learn complex software applications and workflow
methodologies
Experience in writing clear instructions and best practices
Proven ability to resolve challenging issues independently
