Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Transformation to
lead initiatives aimed at improving performance and claims
accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business case development and ensure alignment with strategic
objectives
Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive performance
improvement and customer satisfaction
Perform detailed analysis and provide strategic guidance to support
effective implementation of initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
required
5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis,
or project management
Experience in organizational change management or IT solution
architecture preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma
certification preferred
Ability to manage and develop direct reports in a matrixed
environment
