Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Grant Programs to lead
its grantmaking efforts and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and inspire a team of three direct reports while overseeing
five active sub-granting programs
Lead assessment and improvement of grantmaking systems and
processes for efficiency and scalability
Build and maintain relationships with funder partners and represent
the organization in external engagements
Required Qualifications
At least five years of leadership experience in grantmaking or
sub-granting, including budget management
Strong orientation toward systems design and process improvement
with experience in grant management software
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and
accessibility in grantmaking practices
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Experience with change management and leading teams through growth
or transitions
