A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Care
Coordination Services.
Key Responsibilities
Support the vision for the Care Coordination function to enhance
efficiency and yield across various client sources
Deliver results in client intake processes utilizing technology and
human interventions
Manage and develop a Care Coordination team responsible for
client-facing operations and engagement activities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a Care Coordination function
2-3 years of experience leading care coordination teams in
healthcare companies
Experience with end-to-end processes for client conversion to
care
Proficiency in Salesforce and data analytics platforms
Passionate about the mental health industry
