Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Global Benefits to
oversee its global benefits strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and scale global benefits strategies that meet employee
needs and comply with regulations
Create a competitive benefits program to attract and retain
talent
Utilize data analytics to assess and improve benefit and pension
programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's
degree or relevant certification preferred
10+ years of experience in benefits and pension management,
preferably in a global organization
Strong knowledge of US and global benefits regulations and best
practices
Experience in designing and implementing benefits programs across
multiple countries
Proficiency with Workday preferred
