A company is looking for a Senior Director of Rebate
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts to develop and manage analytic products and
data sources
Communicate data findings and strategies to cross-functional teams
and executive leaders
Oversee analytics teams to ensure alignment with operational goals
and drive process standardization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related
field; HS diploma or GED required
10 years of experience in project management, quality improvement,
or business analysis, preferably in managed care or pharmacy
benefit management
7 years of leadership or people management experience
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
