Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of HR Business Partners to
design and implement talent strategies that support a
high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead a People & Culture strategy that fosters retention
and growth of top talent
Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning People programs
with departmental goals
Shape and execute Talent Management initiatives, including
performance reviews and career development frameworks
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in HR leadership roles and managing business
partner teams
History of identifying and addressing critical organizational and
people issues
Strong business acumen with the ability to design people-centric
solutions
Collaborative mindset with excellent coaching skills
