Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Development Support
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Development Support
Engineers
Oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvements in
customer issue resolution
Act as a customer advocate and align support efforts with customer
success initiatives
Required Qualifications
7+ years in technical support or engineering, with 5+ years in a
leadership role
Experience with Case Management systems (e.g., Zendesk,
Salesforce)
Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts, including Kubernetes
and CI/CD pipelines
Strong background in Linux system administration and
troubleshooting
Ability to manage a distributed team in a fast-paced
environment
