Key Responsibilities
Execute multiple projects and initiatives related to the
Opportunities Resolution Team and Complaint Management program
Establish processes to ensure world-class customer service and
compliance in complaint handling
Analyze complaint trends and provide insights for improving member
experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of management experience
5+ years of general customer service experience
Complaints management experience required
Experience in building and establishing new teams and functions
Bachelor or Associate Degree in a related field is a plus
