Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Workplace Experience and
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace strategy for
on-site and remote work
Lead the development of security programs and oversee security
operations
Optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with health,
safety, and security regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Workplace and Security Operations, with
5+ years in management roles
5+ years leading and executing company-wide security strategies
Experience managing vendor relationships, including budgeting and
contracts
Hands-on expertise in managing real estate portfolios and lease
negotiations
Experience driving compliance initiatives, such as SOC 2
certification
