Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Financial Planning and
Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the R&D Finance team to consolidate forecasts
and provide insights to leadership
Lead forecasting, annual planning, and long-range financial
planning for R&D
Coach and mentor team members while facilitating finance
optimization efforts and maintaining planning processes
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years managing
a finance team
Solid experience with planning, budgeting processes, financial
forecasting, and P&L management
Prior experience in the software sector, particularly Cloud/SaaS,
is highly preferred
Experience supporting an R&D/Product organization
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
