Management.
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Managers to
align with revenue goals
Define the renewal process and drive proactive engagement for
timely renewals
Analyze retention trends and collaborate cross-functionally to
enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience managing small to midsized teams
Experience with deal forecasting and pipeline management
Preferred experience in EdTech SaaS sales or renewals and with
Salesforce CRM
