This role requires a deep understanding of complex transplant and renal pharmacotherapy and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive medication regimens for patients with renal transplant or nephrological diseases.
  • Provide medication counseling and education to patients and their caregivers.
  • Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust medication regimens as needed.
