Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 06+ Months Contract position with possible extensions
Location: Wayne, PA 19087
As a Recruiter, you will:
Coordinates and administers the corporate staffing function within
the Human Development Department. Interviews prospective Team
Members for exempt and non-exempt jobs up to the managerial level,
refers applicants to specific job openings, administers
pre-employment tests, checks references, coordinates temporary
staffing function, conducts exit interviews and coordinates other
related activities and compliance monitoring
Roles & Responsibilities:
--- Coordinates recruiting efforts to obtain qualified Sales and
Leadership Team Members, as required, including interviewing and
scheduling arrangements with the requested department management
for exempt and non-exempt jobs up to the managerial level.
--- Discusses requirements for various job vacancies with
appropriate management.
--- Interviews, screens and, where applicable, tests
applicants.
--- Refers qualified applicants to hiring supervisors for
subsequent interview
--- Prepares internal postings and/or external advertisements with
hiring manager and advertising agency, as needed.
--- Arranges for appropriate posting of job openings and schedules
interviews for perspective internal candidates with requesting
department management on a timely basis.
--- Responds in an appropriate manner and on a timely basis to
applications and inquiries for employment with the Company and to
unsuccessful candidates for employment.
--- Coordinates and arranges all necessary travel and lodging
arrangements to ensure the effective recruitment of perspective
Team Members.
--- Proven success recruiting for sales and leadership roles in the
telecommunications industry in Technology/ Infrastructure roles
--- Possesses strong headhunting skills: relationship building,
networking, influencing, negotiation, proactive, & perseverance
--- Must have skill in interviewing techniques, a basic knowledge
of federal and state laws regarding employment practices, excellent
organizational, communication and computer skills and a basic
understanding of the Company's organization structure as well as
working knowledge of Team Member policies and procedures.
--- Understands and can explain Sales commission structures.
Requirements:
--- 5-7 years of recruiting experience , a minimum of 2 years Sales
& leadership recruitment, specifically for a technology or telecom
service sector.
--- Has hired for positions such as account managers, presales,
marketing, and solution engineers
--- Familiar with Global System Integrator (GSI) and Data Centers
environments
--- Is expanding their headhunting skills: relationship building,
networking, influencing, negotiation, proactive, & perseverance
--- Is an innovator that brings value in their ideas to their
team
--- Knowledge of commission structures, P&L, and Quotas
--- Knowledge of interview techniques
--- knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment
practices

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range*: $35 - $37 Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
