Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Trainer to lead the
development and implementation of training programs for contact
center employees.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and deliver training sessions aligned with
organizational goals
Support new hires and existing team members to enhance performance
and promote continuous improvement
Implement strategies and evaluate training programs to ensure
compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Learning, HR, Business Administration,
Finance, or Insurance preferred
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in the life and annuity industry
with a focus on corporate training
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in
a contact center environment
Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and enhance
training effectiveness
Expertise in training methodologies and adult learning
strategies
