Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead
the newly-formed Search team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team to enhance the
search experience
Oversee the transition of engineering work from discovery to
delivery while maintaining quality
Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote best practices in delivery
management
Required Qualifications
Experience leading an engineering team in a Product Team model
Proficient in Agile principles and Scrum methodologies
Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers for personal and
professional growth
Knowledge of software engineering best practices and patterns
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent
experience
