Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Architect to shape the
technical vision and strategy for multiple product areas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams,
ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with Software Architects to develop long-term technical
strategies and evaluate tools for projects
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of assigned areas,
defining Service-Level Objectives and incident management plans
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in building large-scale web
applications
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed
systems
Experience with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Golang,
React, and Angular
Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres,
ElasticSearch, and Kafka
Proven ability to mentor engineers and architects
