Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead
and manage the Software Development Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage task assignment and scheduling across multiple teams of
software engineers
Communicate and collaborate with other disciplinary teams to
achieve project deliverables
Create and execute long-term plans for technology development and
team growth
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in software
engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams and software
projects
Experienced with Rust, C, JavaScript, Java, and Python
Experienced with development and deployment pipelines
Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes
