Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Content
Development and Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing technical enablement team,
including mentoring and fostering collaboration
Create and implement comprehensive technical enablement strategies,
including training and certification programs
Collaborate with engineering teams to document critical knowledge
and develop user-friendly training materials
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in enablement or training within a
SaaS and Digitization technology environment
Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional
design
Expertise in creating and implementing certification programs
Strong background in technical writing and knowledge management
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
