Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the legal field or justice? Tolbert Patrick PLLC is seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Dallas, TX 75201. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both in-person and remote work. We are a full-service law firm offering legal services in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Criminal Law and Family Law. We are looking for an energetic, driven and passionate Paralegal to join our team. Job Expectations: Assist attorneys with trial preparation and legal document preparation Manage subpoenas and litigation support Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis and CaseText Handle eDiscovery and document management Draft legal documents and correspondence Maintain case and file management systems Coordinate calendars and schedules Prior experience working in a law firm is preferred, but not required Company Information: Industry: Legal Services Location: Dallas, Texas Number of Employees: 5-10 Benefits: Flexible schedules, holiday pay, and paid time off are just a few of the benefits offered at Tolbert Patrick PLLC.
