Impact Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to deliver
engaging learning experiences
Develop and manage training courses that align with organizational
goals and employee development needs
Track training completion and manage onboarding activities for new
employees
Required Qualifications
2+ years of call center or customer service training experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database
software applications
Knowledge of the Call Center environment
Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology
platforms
