Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Performance Lead to join
their Content Integration team.
Key Responsibilities
Propose and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and
content quality
Lead problem scoping initiatives to identify operational
inefficiencies
Implement business solutions while managing stakeholder
expectations and relationships
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in stakeholder management and
communication
5 years of experience in complex problem analysis and
problem-solving
5 years of experience in a technical/analytical role using data
analysis tools like Python and SQL
3-5 years of experience with Agile development practices and Lean
methodologies
2-3 years of experience optimizing ETL pipelines
