Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Coordinator,
Field Activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the application and onboarding process for 300 service
ambassadors
Recruit diverse candidates and build a strong community dedicated
to Jewish service initiatives
Organize educational sessions for ambassadors and monitor program
impact through evaluation methods
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in alumni management, volunteer recruitment,
or peer engagement
Skilled in networking and relationship building with Jewish young
adults
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for leading new initiatives
Experience in launching and managing new initiatives is a plus
Commitment to supporting the organization's values in all work
