• Assist Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve account inquiries related to our electricity services.

• Provide Solutions: Utilize our clear policies and procedures to offer resolutions that align with our mission of delivering simple, affordable electricity.
• Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates.

• Uphold Our Values: Demonstrate integrity and ownership in every interaction.Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and empathy skills
