Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead
recruitment efforts across North and South America.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent across various
functions
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing,
screening, and onboarding
Provide strategic recruitment support and insights to hiring
teams
Required Qualifications
2 to 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced
environment
Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Proven skills in building relationships with hiring managers and
teams
Ability to act as a cultural ambassador and maintain a positive
candidate experience
Demonstrated results-driven approach to recruitment
